#4 Allocation date when allocating credit notes

When payments on credit notes are allocated, the payment date is correct. However, the date of the allocation associated with the payment (allocation of amount to invoice), the allocation date is set to the same as "bevakningsdatum".

"Bevakningsdatum" is the date until the credit note will be active in the bank's system.
