These tags exist in this repository and the matching version is not installable from PyPI:

v0.1.1

A tag that nobody can install is a tag that lies about what is released. To ship one,
start the release workflow by hand against it: Actions, release, Run workflow, then the
tag field. That trigger exists because the tags are signed and must not be deleted and
recreated just to re-arm a push trigger.
