When I turn off the packaged layout and use my own layout I end up losing all input fields on forms edit and add for all controllers. Select fields (dropdowns like group for user) appear as well as fieldset outline.

Any suggestions on what might be causing the problem?

Correction on the version, I'm actually using 1.3.6. My bad

If you can PM me an email address I can forward you my CSS file as well as my default.ctp file, perhaps that will give you an idea of what is causing the issue. I'm stumped myself
