#3 problems compiling

I have compiled task using bamcompiler and am starting to have compile problems. You have to compile them over and over until they finaly work.
I have a batch file that compiles the file runs it and tests to see if a oputut file was created. If the outfile is ok then it compiled fine if not it has to loop around and compile again.
It used to compile on the first try now it may have to compile 6 times before teh program will run.

Any ideal what causes this.
