BDJ4 Built-In Support: If you have BDJ4 installed, you can use the built-in support function. Start BDJ4, select the Support button, select Send Support Message. Enter your e-mail address, the subject and the message you want to send. You can optionally attach your data files and/or your database (these are very useful to me when researching bugs). Select the Send Support Message button when finished.
