If you need any help with installation, how to get started, or how to use BallroomDJ 4, you can use any of the following options:

When describing your problem, indicate what Operating System (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and version of the operating system your are using; indicate what version of BallroomDJ 4 you are using. Be detailed and specific in your description of the problem.

SourceForge Tickets: A ticket can be opened at SourceForge. This requires a SourceForge account.

BDJ4 Built-In Support: If you have BDJ4 installed, you can use the built-in support function. Start BDJ4, select the Support button, select Send Support Message. Enter your e-mail address, the subject and the message you want to send. You can optionally attach your data files and/or your database (these are very useful to me when researching bugs). Select the Send Support Message button when finished.
