#9 Shadow does not follow all anchor points

The shadow does not follow the balloon at all the anchor points. Many of the anchor points shift the shadow away from the balloon in different directions so it "floats" in space. The shadow can also get lost if another window is brought in front of the balloon and then the balloon is given focus via either alt+tab or the taskbar. The shadow must be brought forward with the balloon.
