Release 2.9 of BalloonRSS has been published today. BalloonRSS is a simple RSS aggregator that displays incoming messages as balloon tooltip pop-ups in the windows task bar. The news entries themselves are linked to be read with the browser if the user is interested.
The RSS messages are prioritized dynamically according the user's click ratio.

- close all dialogs also using the escape key
