syncronization issues

synchronization seems good at first, but then seems to
not work after a while. Soldier updates appear to not
be being applied.
It should be possible (untill we implement timestamp
analysis) to start a server, move soldiers around, and
then join with the client, and have all of the soldier
positions updated in a second or two. As it is, the
updates are ignored by the client.

updates are not ignored, some were not getting through all
the way.
all seems good now, except for missing key-up events, which
cause repetative-choppy loops.
