Forwarded from Launchpad (https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/balder2d/+bug/472763).

At the moment, Balder2D stores its config in ~/balder2d and ~/config.xml. It should store them in (traditionally) a .balder2d subdirectory or .config/balder2d. It is a pain having a folder that contains config not hidden, and goes against naming schemes.

This is on Ubuntu 9.10, package version 1.0-1ubuntu1.
