Balance release branch 4 has been forked based on Balance 3.34

Compiles now with no warnings at gcc -Wall, a new -B option is introduced which determines the "outgoing" IP address (performing a bind() on forwarding).

Alarms are cancelled on successful forwarding, bug fixes in specfile, fixed spelling errors.

This is already available since Oct 4 2003.
Balance 3.11 may now be found as binary
packages for different Solaris systems on
http://www.sunfreeware.com (thanks to
Steve Christensen).

balance 3.10 is now available containg several
bugfixes and improvements. Please goto

downloads.

balance 3.6 is now available with several improvements
including "server persistance" using hash groups.

Balance 2.33 is available being mainly a bugfixing release.
Look at http://balance.sourceforge.net for more details.

This release fixes some errors.

Balance 2.24-1 comes with some minor changes to documentation, makefile and .spec-file. Source and binary rpm's are finally available.

2.24 the 'Christmas 2000 Release' fixes the 'channel 2
overload' problem. A channel following a 'down' channel
does not receive too many connections anymore.

balance 2.16 adds "channel groups" and "maximum
connection handling" to version 2.8.

The first public release 2.8. of balance is available.
