* [SFbug 2800257] Fix out-of-spec usage of stdarg which worked fine to
begin with but eventually broke, stopping the whole thing from
working

Build issues alleviated:

* [SFbug 1511204] include <stdlib.h> to get declaration of exit()
* [SFbug 2800262] Add library paths to make it more likely to find MySQL
client library

Minor fixes:

* [SFbug 2800259] Fix typo in instructions
* [SFbug 2800263] Fix a printf format-type mismatch
* [SFbug 2800266,2800269,2800270] Clean up some integer types

2004-08-02 v0.02

* Changed indexes to use CRC32 of values instead of values
* Changed caller network address to be stored as a binary number, rather
than a dotted quad in a string. This can be decoded with the MySQL
function INET_NTOA().
* Added Outgoing message processing
* Added MIDGREY / incomplete match processing
* Added expiry program
* Complete overhaul of suggested ACL clauses
* Changed default locations for everything. Now thinks of itself as a full
citizen as opposed to being a part of Exim4. Config files are now at
/etc/bagley. Log files are at /var/log/bagley.
