#38 Unhovered toolbuttons

Hi, Could it be possible to give an option to disable
unhovered effect of the buttons (Perhaps to make not
hovered at all) in following toolbars, while using
unhovered effect for all the other toolbars.

1. Location toolbar.
2. Bookmak toolbar.
