Summary:                    Backups fail when trying to insert paths into
PostgreSQL database
Description: 
Backups of some machines fail after transferring the data is already transferred
from FD to SD because file data cannot be added to the database:

sysbackup-dir JobId 1480: Fatal error: sql_create.c:858 Fill Path table
Query failed: INSERT INTO Path (Path) SELECT a.Path FROM (SELECT
DISTINCT Path FROM batch) AS a WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT Path FROM Path
WHERE Path = a.Path) : ERR=ERROR: index row size 2832 exceeds maximum
2712 for index "path_name_idx"
HINT: Values larger than 1/3 of a buffer page cannot be indexed.
Consider a function index of an MD5 hash of the value, or use full text
indexing.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Happens every night when finishing a backup both full and incremental.

exact bacula version is 5.0.3 with git Branch-5.0 as of 20110301
