I have just released a third patch for version 1.32f --
It fixes the problems that some of you were having restoring Win32 files
to alternate directories. The problem appeared to be that Bacula could
not find the files on the Volume. In fact, (at least as far as I can
tell) is that Bacula was creating the higher level directories (those
not actually backed up or restored) using Unix conventions. Due to the
different security implementation on Win32, this prohibited Bacula from
creating the files within those directories.
In addition to the patch, I have released new Win32 binaries
(winbacula-1.32f-3.tar.gz) as well as a new full release of the source
For those of you who were having difficulties restoring on Win32, I
would appreciate your feedback.
Best regards, Kern
