#5 Address length of two bytes

I am testing with a system which has an IP gateway to a
LON network.

LON networks have an address length of two bytes, which is
ignored by the current version :-(

I have patched receive_pdu.c and send_bip.c to get it
working and it seems to work fine.

Therefore I think it should not be a big effort and will save a
lot of time for developers with a similar setup as mine.
