Hi I am excited to see an effort to bring cross platform bacnet to java.
However I have had a look at the code and there seems to be no documentation.
Also the seroUtils library does not contain any source code and for LGPL compliance I believe you need this library to be licensed with a LGPL compliant license.
Is this library intended for use in clients, servers or gateways?
