root@node1:/etc/backuppc# cat config.pl | grep PoolV3
$Conf{PoolV3Enabled} = '0';

I did that after the V3 to V4 migrate completed.  I ran the migrate again and it
didn't do anything and finished quickly.  I restarted the backuppc daemon as well.
