You can write a script to look in the pc/host/backups files
(or use the BackupPC::Lib->BackupInfoRead function).
It's probably ok to just backup the last backup, whether it is
incremental or full. BackupPC_tarCreate builds a complete
(merged) view of the backup, no matter whether the backup
is an incremental or full. In BackupPC2.1.0beta0 you
can specify -1 for the backup number to BackupPC_tarCreate
to specify the last backup.
