I am trying to use BackupPC_tarCreate and I do not know what the value of
dumpNum should be. I just started using BackupPC a few days ago, and am
trying to restore most of /usr/lib, perhaps most of /usr, on my Linux system,
which is also the BackupPC server. (One drive of my three-drive RAID 5 system
seemed to have a loose SATA-ATA converter connection, the BackupPC pool is on
a separate, external USB drive) I have tried using integers in the range 0-4
inclusive, and I always get the message: bad dump number''. (It ends with two
single quatation marks - no space in between them.) As an
$ BackupPC_tarCreate -t - h blue -n 0 /usr/lib/libz.so.1
BackupPC_tarCreate: bad dump number''
The last backup was incremental backup 3 after full backup 0.
