I have created a Software RAID 5 on my Redhat box to store the Backuppc data
on. If I do a "reboot" there is no problem - everything comes back up fine.
However, if I do a "shutdown now" in order to do a cold boot, when the
computer boots back up the RAID re-initializes (160GB so it takes about 10
Is there a way I can get it to not do this? I was thinking, create a
shutdown script that will do:
I am waiting for it to rebuild now ( 2 hours to go) so I figured I would ask
while I am waiting in case someone knows some better way to fix this :)
