The directory name for the 44kHz samples is wrong in the zip files.
IIRC it's just 44k/ whilst the program is looking for 44khz/ (all lower case)
I can't remember if the 48k is the same.
Incidentally, I first tried 44kHz, presuming the upper-case H, but that doesn't work.
