No

I've got a number of directories that are basically full of links to other files also included in my backups. How can I set backup2l to backup and restore the links rather than the dereferenced files?

Thanks.

This is the default behavior (at least for symbolic links), you do not have to set up anything for this.

Interesting. I just restored a server, and the symlinks had been turned into copies of the files to which they linked. Which configuration setting should I check for this? The backup was done on CentOS 5.6 (I can't remember where that RPM came from) and the restore was with the default Ubuntu 11.04 package.
