#27 .list (toc) file contains bad entries

one example:

$ head TMP.xxx.list
Packaging and
Packaging and
Packaging and
    8192 04/25/16 21:47:52 0000.0000 0755 /etc/

I checked for the souce directory:

$ find /source/dir -name "*Packaging and*"
/source/dir/Packaging and?Packaging and?Fittings

how to fix this?
