Please support ReST formatted documents as well as STX.
ReST is integrated into Zope 2.7, so most of the
heavy-lifting should already be done...

Would this mean there could be a Zope site setup to house
all the PEPs (python enhancement proposals)?
Then backtalk could be used to provide a way for users to
attach comments to the PEPs.
