#1 Icon Names & Contextual Menu

Would it be possible to give the icons the names of the windows, the same way the other icons on the desktop have their names displayed? And could the icons' contextual menus have the same list of actions in them that the window menu has (Maximize, Close, etc.)? And an option to switch the icons to the application's document icon instead of the application's icon would be nice too.
