#107 Table soli_orders should just have a link to the Meal

The Table soli_orders saves fields like mealname and mealprice, which is not that great. Modify it so that it just has a MID-field and the meal can be looked up.
Only do this AFTER the whole Module-Refactor-Thingie has been done, so that meals cant get deleted accidently.
