Ok,

Just submitted and fixed three more bugs:

1.  trimming whitespace on configuration data.
2.  changed the error handling if no nextStage for a pipeline stage is found.   
It will print a WARNING and the processing will stop there as if it was the 
last stage in the pipeline.
3.  Globally made the name of the Scripting stage:  Scripting as opposed to
Scripts as it was in the service/query.properties files.  Had to change a 
number of the examples and the documentation pipeline.   Erik - you use the 
scripting stage - be aware of this change.
