[Babeldoc-devel] FlatToXML pipeline stage

As I could see we now have both FlatToXML and FlatToXml pipeline stages. Is
this correct? It is OK to let users to use both XML and Xml when referencing
this stage. Just note that both stages will be in generated documenataion.
This is the reason why I have dropped smtp scanner when I have introduced
mailbox scanner type.

By the way, could we use ignore letter cases when referencing types in
Babeldoc? Currently we have some inconsistencies in type naming, so we do
have capitalized names of pipeline types while scanner worker types are
small letters...
