#1 Deny double click on delete zone confirmation button

On delete zone confirmation screen 'Delete' button may
be clicked twice.
That results in double submission of a form and
deletion of adjacent domain definition entry in
named.conf file.

This simple patch disables double clicks by means of
webmin.
