#169 aycryption and auto translation collide

I decided to check out the auto translation thing a
little bit, so I set my client language to french, and
then IM'ed myself on AIM. When I did so, aycryption
broke, as aparently the french strings in the gpg
message aren't getting parsed. I end up with a bunch
of garbage in my client window as follows:

It would be nice if these played nice together.

the problem is with the order in which they're executed.
aycryption will have to be the last filter on the way out,
and the first filter on the way in.

l33t sp34k may have to be next, and translation after that.

it would be nice if each module could add a header (like
HTTP inside TCP inside IP inside MAC frames), but i don't
think that would gel well with official clients.
