[axtls-general] SSL_EXTENSIONS->host_name should be const char*

Hello,

Thanks for implementing SNI support in recent versions of axTLS!

Trying to integrate it, I faced a warning (promoted to error in this
case):

error: assignment discards ‘const’ qualifier from pointer target type [-Werror]
             ext->host_name = mp_obj_str_get_str(args->server_hostname.u_obj);
                            ^

Looking at the code, I don't see a string pointed by extensions->host_name to
be modified, so it would rather be declared as const char*, not as char*.
