[Axtls-general] scan-build output on SVN/1.2.8

Hi!

It's nice to see another release of axTLS. Thanks!

A few problems we (in the curl project) still notice:

- it still can't read the ca cert bundle used in stock Debian
   (/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt)

- it still pollutes the name space by #defining malloc, calloc and realloc
   in the public header (we have to #undef them manually).

- there are some possible flaws identified with scan-build, see the attachment
   for an analyze run I just did on a SVN checkout (rev 180)

- valgrind also whines on some things, but I don't quite understand them so
   until I've analyzed them further I'll treat them as false positives
