Unit Testing

Options when running unit tests.

Set environment variable "axel-test-remote" to run axel-pager remote tests. These will need access to a remote server, so may have problems with firewalls.

Set environment variable "axel-test-db" to run axel-db 'real' database tests. These will need to have the appropriate database setup with the necessary schema/s and data.
