This program worked on my older computer with Windows XP but does not work on my new computer with Windows Vista. I am able to open the previsouly encrypted files but can not encrypt new files as I do not see the option to Encypt when I right click on the files.
Thank you.

For Vista, please use the latest version, i.e. 1.6.4.4.

If you're by any chance running a 64-bit version of Vista, please see the FAQ at http://www.axantum.com .

    Best regards,

I visited the website 'www.axantum.com'suggested by svante and found a workaround for the Vista's 64-bit problem. The workaround allowed me to see the command 'Encrypt' when I right clicked on the files that I wished to encrypt. Which was great! However, this fix is only temporary and forces me to run the workaround everytime I wish to encrypt files. I was wondering if there is a permanent fix.
    Thank you.

There is no 64-bit version available at this time. There will be in the future, possibly later this year.

I have tried the workaround suggested using the \separate command, but received error message that it could not be found. I have also set the properties for Axcrypt exe to run as XP(SP1), but still does not work. Am running Vista Home Premium 64. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
