Git Merge Request #3: Fix spelling errors (open)

This merge request fixes spelling errors corrected with
codespell --ignore-words-list=lifes --write-changes --interactive=2

One change is in an error message (s/acces/access/;
message(MSG_ERROR, "Message not present or acces denied\n");
Another changes is in the man page axgetlist.1 (s/carefuly/carefully/):
must be carefuly specified in the configuration file
The other changes are in comments.
