I'm trying to get AWStats set up and working on a new server of mine, and
everything is working, except it won't update when I manually press Update Now
in the web interface.

This is the error I get:

Error: Couldn't open server log file "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\websitename LogFiles\W3SVC5\u_ex110520.log" : Permission denied

Setup ('C:\inetpub\wwwroot\websitename\awstats\cgi-bin/awstats.websitename.conf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.
Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

I've created a batch file that is scheduled to run every hour with the
following inside:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\websitename\AWStats\cgi-bin\ -config=websitename

When I run the batch file, I get this:

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\websitename\AWStats>C:\inetpub\wwwroot\websitename\AWStats\cgi-bin\ -config=websitename -update

So you can see it completes successfully. This is why I am thrown off. I'm not
sure why the batch script works, but Update Now through the web interface
doesn't. Does anyone know of some obvious things I could try that maybe I
