CFNetwork is the default user agent for all requests made from iOS. The user-agent also includes the app name and a version string, hence many devs (myself included) do not change it because it allows to identify the app the request is coming from. Most of the traffic my app generates on my webserver has this user-agent. For this reason I cannot use awstats because it doesn't show that traffic, which is the one I'm interested in.

    Hi Pascal,

As explained above, CFNetwork user agents are considered robots. If you don't want that, you need to edit the robots.pm file (remove or edit the CFNetwork entries) and the browsers.pm file (add a CFNetwork entry). Shouldn't be too complicated if you have some programming experience.
