Hi there, I am using apache 2, and am really struggling to work out what Logformat to use, I think im gonna have to use a custom one but could someone tell me what '%value' i need to assign to each field. I have for the below access_log example

    1xx.224.2xx.226 - - [29/Sep/2004:16:33:18 +0000] "GET /images/spacer(2).gif HTTP/1.1" 404 311 "http://www.mydomain.net/article.php?storyid=50" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)"

in my httpd.conf , the log file format is set up as

    LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\""

any help would be greatly appreciated
    Gary

Have a look at awstats.model.conf. In there you will find quite a good explanation of what fields do what. Alternatively, have a look here:

      http://awstats.sourceforge.net/docs/awstats_config.html

      You should try:
      %host %other %other %time1 %methodurl %code %bytesd %refererquot %uaquot

      Best regards,
