    I'm having some trouble getting an extra section to work. I have a value in my log statements that I want to show in an extra section. The value is a Mac OS X version number which looks something like this "Mac OS 10.8.2" (it has spaces, so the field is quoted in my log statements). I want to only display the version number in the extra section.

    Here's what I have in my awstats config file:

    ExtraSectionName1="Mac OS Versions"
    ExtraSectionCodeFilter1="200 304"
    ExtraSectionCondition1="extra1,^(Mac OS)"
    ExtraSectionFirstColumnTitle1="Version"
    ExtraSectionFirstColumnValues1="extra1,(?:(\d+)\.)?(?:(\d+)\.)?(\*|\d+)$"
    ExtraSectionFirstColumnFormat1="%s"
    ExtraSectionStatTypes1=PHBL
    ExtraSectionAddAverageRow1=0
    ExtraSectionAddSumRow1=1
    MaxNbOfExtra1=20
    MinHitExtra1=1

    But nothing is displayed in the extra section. Any ideas?

    Nevermind. Managed to fix it by piping my apache log through awk and replacing the spaces with +. That whay I don't need to double quote the fields in the log.
