#768 - in config-name makes awstats misbehave

I'm running awstats 6.95 (build 1.932), and when I do "wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -update -config=My-Config" it will use the awstats.My-Config.conf, and it will find all the records and add it. But when I go to http://statistics.local/awstats/awstats.pl?config=My-Config, it will only show me the entries for last month, not anything else despite the records going years back. When I remove the "-" from the config file, rerun the update and open it in my webbrowser, everything works fine.
