Release: AWS Toolkit for Eclipse

We've released a number of nice changes recently for the AWS Toolkit for Eclipse, with several more on the way.

The last couple of releases have added support for:
* Amazon EC2 tagging (instances, images, snapshots, volumes, etc)
* Amazon EC2 EBS backed instances (stopping and restarting instances)
* Fixed image issues on Windows
* Lots of minor tweaks and bug fixes to the EC2 and SDK plugins
