The multiprocessor driver never finds the MP tables in
the BIOS after scanning.

This bug occurs in Bochs 2.1.2 with 8-way SMP enabled
and Qemu 0.9.0 with 4-way SMP enabled.

As I have no real MP hardware to test on, I cannot
confirm whether this bug occurs on real hardware or not.
