I have tried to install your program on an AIX machine
(AIX 4.3) and using Cygwin under Windows
2000 Professional.

In both cases running the configure - file

configure: error: C program to compute maxint and
maxlong failed.

occurs.

First I had to install a math-library under AIX. But
now with that error message I am helpless.

Do you have an idea what it is?
