Assault Wing version 0.4 has been released. The new version features playing over network (this time it really works). There is also a simple user interface for some basic options. Remember to download both the source code and the data packages (awing-0.4 and awing-data-0.3).

Assault Wing is currently going through big changes. Primarily, the changes aim to fix the previously incorrect network routine, and to include a graphical user interface to the game. The work is still in progress, so the next release will not be available for some time.

Assault Wing version 0.3 has been released (a couple of days ago, actually). The new version features new weapons such as Shuriken, Rockets and Dumbfire. Assault Wing is still in an early phase in development, so the new release can not be considered a full game. Still, it works and is worth checking out! Remember to download both source code and data packages.
