#93 Lower Kurast chests - Tele around and open them for runes.

The bot should go to Lower Kurast and tele around the area, opening all chests.

This is by far the best way to get runes.
In about 4-5 hours of "chest hunting" in LK I walk away with a few high runes, a few ists and a lot of med runes.

If Aobot could do it for us, it would be the best runehunt bot ever.
