#90 Reason for Selling Items

In particular I mean when it picks up a unique item, and decides to sell it. It doesn't take an einstein to just look in the LUA's and see *why* it decided to sell it, but having it put the reason in the LOG (and/or in chat-text in game if chat is enabled).

IE::

Selling - Thundergod's Vigor; under [%v] [item.stat]

or something; where %v would be what the threshold is set to, and item.stat is what stat was insufficient.
