#9 CS: Bot times out at stormcasters that cannot be reached
When a Storm Caster is hidden behind the walls outside the Chaos Sanctuary, bot will time out.
Bot should skip this Storm Casters and proceed with monsters that can be reached.
If 'Grand Vizier of Chaos' (also a Storm Caster) cannot be reached/killed after a certain ammount of time, CS run can be completely skipped.
