#118 ShopHealth not functioning in 3.8

No matter how high I set this function it won't talk to the healer. In my case it's Act 5; not sure if other acts are affected. I've made little to no changes to my ini's. Only a few delays and chicken settings were raised.

Also, under the group dropdown from above there's no choice for v3.8.
