#3 Continously reappearing "modified"-warning-box

Fully reproductive for me:
-I load a BIOS
-I choose any item in the BIOS and click "Open in Hex
Editor" (UltraEdit 10.x in my case)
-I close the hex-editor
-Now every couple of seconds a dialog pops open, which
states: "[...]has been modified by an external
application. Do you wish to load the changed contents
into the current BIOS image?"
-It doesn`t matter, if I click "Yes", or "No", it keeps
popping up, till I manage to close the application
