#3 Hybrid Peer Network Test Instances

We need to create a test network of instances to test the batch updating and cross-instance chat functions.

Strix, would it be possible to continue using the MothsOrchid installation as a remote installation and to install a test instance on awarenet.eu under /staging as a central test instance? (What is the status of the MothsOrchid instance - were you wanting to delete it?)

Sandra should coordinate testing of these functions across the various instances, once the features are ready and installed.
